A New Color Activator 20 Vol

A professional 6% hydrogen peroxide creamy emulsion designed for use with the A New Colour system. Activator 20 Vol mixes easily with A New Colour Base Cream and color nuances to provide gray coverage, darken, change reflects or lighten up to one level. It can also be used with A New Colour Bleaching Powder for up to five levels of lift.
