Who can shop with Modern Salon Services?
Modern Salon Services is exclusively for licensed salon professionals. You must register for a salon pro account to shop with us.

What states do you service?
We currently sell and ship to licensed salon professionals in Texas (TX), Missouri (MO), Kansas (KS), Tennessee (TN), Oklahoma (OK), Arkansas (AR), and Kentucky (KY).

How does shipping work?

  • Shipping starts at a $5 minimum and is calculated as 10% of your order total, capping at a maximum charge of $35.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $1,000.

  • We offer a free shipping program called Modern Select—contact us for details!

Can I ship products directly to my customers?
Yes! You can drop-ship products directly to your customers by selecting the "Order for Customer" location during checkout. This service is available for a $10 flat-rate shipping fee.

How long does it take to gain access to shop online?
Once you register for a salon pro account, we will verify your information and grant access within 1 business day.

What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
